With the acquisition of the new ONYX 876 GL flexographic printing machine, manufactured by the Italian company Uteco Converting S.P.A., our offer now includes LDPE and HDPE bags with 8-color printing. The ONYX printing system enables both internal and external single-sided printing in 8 colors. It is a highly automated system, capable of storing up to 5,000 different print samples, with a maximum operating speed of 365 meters per minute. The printing process consists of a central drum and 8 printing stations.

The machine features automatic washing of the printing stations after operation. Additionally, it is equipped with a camera system for print quality monitoring, allowing the operator to adjust the required print settings using the HMI (Human-Machine Interface) terminal. To measure ink viscosity at each printing station, the system includes MP4 control units, which display real-time temperature, set viscosity values, and current viscosity readings. These are integrated with MS4 measurement units for precise ink control.
